Where you want to go, I’ve probably already been.

The service

A trip built around how you actually want to travel.

Custom itineraries for families, solo travelers, adventure seekers, Disney vacationers, and couples planning a destination wedding — planned end to end, or only the parts you want handled.

Some people want every day mapped: hotels, ground transport, car services, restaurant reservations, activities, the lot. Others want the flights and the hotel booked properly and the rest left open. Both are the job. What changes is how much of it I do.

What doesn’t change is that I’ve most likely already been where you’re headed. The recommendations come from having stood there — what’s worth the detour, what to expect when you arrive, and what the brochures leave out.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is just a conversation.

No forms, no automated funnel. You email me and I start asking questions.

01The ask

You tell me the shape of it

The first reply is mostly questions. Where you’d like to go, your dates, how many of you are traveling, the budget you have in mind, and the must-haves you’d be disappointed to miss.

Then the ones that decide what the trip actually feels like: do you want downtime built in, or the days full? Low-key, active, adventurous, educational — or a mix of all four?

No charge for this stage and no obligation after it.

02The scope

We settle how much I’m doing

Some clients want the flights and the hotel booked and nothing more. Others want ground transport, private car services, restaurant reservations and every activity confirmed before they land.

Both are fine. I just need to know which, because it changes what I go and find.

  • Hotels
  • Ground transport
  • Car services
  • Restaurants
  • Activities & guides

You set the level of detail right down to just the two bookings, if that is all you want.

03The options

I come back with choices, not a verdict

Not one take-it-or-leave-it plan. Options, with what each costs and what it trades off, so you’re choosing between real alternatives rather than approving the only one on the table.

This is where lead time pays for itself. The earlier you come to me, the more of the good hotels, flights, guides and dates are still open.

  • Options side by side
  • Real costs
  • What each one trades off

Rates and perks you cannot always get direct — and the planning costs you nothing on top.

04The trip

I’m still here while you’re away

Once you’re traveling, you still have me. A delayed flight, a restaurant that falls through, a change of plan halfway — you contact one person, and it’s the same person who planned the trip.

Not a call center, not a chatbot, not whoever picks up.

One point of contact from the first email to the flight home.

The detail

What I can take off your hands.

I can book

  • Flights
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Ground transportation and transfers
  • Private car services
  • Restaurant reservations
  • Tours, activities and local guides
  • Cruise and rail
  • Disney

You decide

  • How much of it I handle
  • How full the days are, and where the downtime goes
  • The budget level, from modest to extravagant
  • Whether you want the highlights, the back roads, or both
  • How much detail you want locked in advance

What it costs

The part people ask about first.

$0

Planning fee. There isn’t one.

  • My compensation comes from the vendors I book with, not from you.
  • You pay for the trip. The planning comes with it.
  • I can access rates, perks and amenities that are not always offered when you book direct.
  • So the time, the options and the on-the-ground knowledge cost you nothing extra.

Questions

Before you email.

What does this cost me?

Nothing beyond the trip itself. I’m paid by the vendors I book with, so there is no planning fee on top of what you would be paying anyway — and I can often access rates, perks and amenities that are not offered when you book direct.

How far ahead should I contact you?

As early as you can. Nothing is impossible late, but the earlier you ask, the more hotels, flights, guides and dates are still available to you.

Do you only plan luxury trips?

No. Budget-friendly to extreme luxury. The planning is the same either way — what changes is the options I bring back.

What if I only want flights and a hotel?

Then that is what I book. You decide how much of the trip I take on, and there is no minimum.

What happens if something goes wrong while I’m away?

You contact me. I support trips while they are in progress, and you are not routed through a call center — you get the person who planned it.

Who is this for?

Families, solo travelers, adventure seekers, Disney vacationers, and couples planning a destination wedding. Any group size, any trip length.

Start here

Tell me where you’re thinking of going.

Even if it’s vague. “Somewhere warm in February” is a perfectly good opening line — the questions are mine to ask, not yours to answer in advance.
