A celebration abroad is really two events running at once. There is the day everybody came for, and underneath it there is a travel operation: flights arriving from different cities, rooms that have to be held, transfers that have to meet people, and a week of timing that has to hold together.
The second one is my job. It is also the one that tends to land on whoever is already busiest.

What the occasion is, roughly when, roughly where, how many people you expect, and the budget you have in mind.
Then the question that shapes the week: how much of it is the event itself, and how much is the days around it?
No charge for this stage and no obligation after it.
I come back with choices, not a verdict
Options with real costs and what each one trades off — how far guests have to fly, what the rooms will cost them, what the difference is between the week you want and the week the budget wants.

Nothing beyond the trip itself. I am paid by the vendors I book with, so there is no planning fee on top of what you would be paying anyway — and I can often access rates, perks and amenities that are not offered when you book direct.
