A European street on a group trip

The service

One trip. Fifty sets of travel plans.

Coordinated travel for corporate teams, families and special-interest groups — flights, hotels, ground transportation, food and event logistics, and someone on site while it runs.

A group trip is not one big booking. It is dozens of small ones that all have to line up: who flies from where, who rooms with whom, how everyone gets from the airport to the hotel, and what happens when one flight lands late.

I handle those moving parts as a single job. The person organising the trip should not also be the person chasing an airline at midnight.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is just a conversation.

No forms, no automated funnel. You email me and I start asking questions.

01The brief

You tell me who is coming, and why

Headcount, rough dates, where everyone is flying from, the budget you have in mind, and what the trip is actually for — a reward, a reunion, a shared interest, a milestone.

What the trip is for changes almost every decision that follows, so it is the question I ask first.

  • Headcount
  • Dates
  • Origin cities
  • Budget
  • The occasion

No charge for this stage and no obligation after it.

02The options

I come back with choices, not a verdict

Options with real costs and what each one trades off — a closer hotel against a better one, a shorter flight against a cheaper one, a full day of programming against an afternoon left open.

This is where lead time pays. The earlier you come to me, the more hotels can still hold rooms for a party your size.

  • Options side by side
  • Real costs
  • What each one trades off

The earlier you ask the more is still open to a group.

03The logistics

Then I put the moving parts together

Flights for the whole party, rooms held at the hotel, ground transportation between all of it, food, and the event itself if there is one.

It gets built as one plan rather than five separate bookings that have to be reconciled later.

  • Flights
  • Hotels
  • Ground transport
  • Food
  • Event logistics

One plan not five bookings stitched together.

And I am there while it runs

On-site support is part of this service. When something moves — and on a group trip something always moves — there is one person to call, and it is the person who built the plan.

Which means the organiser gets to be a guest for at least part of it.

On-site support so the organiser gets to be on the trip too.

The detail

What I can take off your hands.

I can coordinate

  • Flights for the whole party
  • Hotels and rooming
  • Ground transportation and transfers
  • Food and catering logistics
  • Event management on the day
  • On-site support while it runs

You decide

  • How much of it I handle
  • The budget level
  • How much choice individual travelers get
  • Whether I am on site
  • How early we lock things in

What it costs

The part people ask about first.

$0

Planning fee. There isn’t one.

  • My compensation comes from the vendors I book with, not from you.
  • You pay for the trip. The planning comes with it.
  • I can access rates, perks and amenities that are not always offered when you book direct.
  • So the time, the options and the on-the-ground knowledge cost you nothing extra.

Recent work

Fifty travelers, one itinerary.

Most recently: a corporate group of fifty. Flights, hotels, ground transportation, food logistics and the event itself — arranged as one job, with one person answering for all of it.

Where I’ve been

Fifty countries, and counting.

Sahara sunrise, Mauritania
The Parthenon, Athens
Tanzania northern circuit
A Greek island village
A cobbled European street
A palm-lined beach
A small ship at sunset

Questions

Before you email.

What does this cost us?

Nothing beyond the trip itself. I am paid by the vendors I book with, so there is no planning fee on top of what you would be paying anyway — and I can often access rates, perks and amenities that are not offered when you book direct.

How big a group can you take?

Any size. The most recent one was fifty people, with flights, hotels, ground transportation, food logistics and the event itself all coordinated together.

Are you there during the trip?

Yes. On-site support is part of this service, and I support the trip while it is running.

Can individual travelers make their own choices?

As much as you want them to. Some groups move as one; others get a core itinerary with room to opt in and out. You decide which.

How far ahead should we come to you?

As early as you can. Nothing is impossible late, but hotels can only hold a block of rooms for so long, and group flight space goes early.

What kinds of groups do you work with?

Corporate teams and incentive trips, families travelling together, and special-interest groups.

Tell me about your group.

Headcount, rough dates and what the trip is for is enough to start. The rest is my job to ask.
